PERFORMANCES

Scranton Civic Ballet Company is dedicated to preparing students as artists, not just dancers. Performance experience is a key component of our training curriculum. Students have the opportunity to perform various levels of work such as corps de ballet, soloist, and principal roles.

Each December, students of the ballet program perform in the annual holiday classic, Helen Gaus' The Nutcracker. Following the timeless tale, students then perform in the annual Spring ballet performance which features classical full length works or a mixed program of classical excerpts and contemporary ballets. View the repertory archive here.

Scranton Civic Ballet Company focuses on captivating a deep understanding of performance artistry and versatility that will prepare them to further their careers in professional companies.
